Who we are
ThisIsWhite provides analytics and AI guidance for online sellers. This policy explains what data we process and why.
What we collect
Account details (name, email), the sales and social data you connect or upload, and usage data to operate and improve the service. We strip direct personal identifiers from uploaded order data on import — personal information is not stored at rest.
How we use it
To provide the dashboards and AI insights you request, to operate and secure the service, and to communicate with you. We do not sell your data.
Data isolation & retention
Each customer’s data is isolated at the database level. We retain data per your plan’s retention window and archive or delete it thereafter.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Under Thailand’s PDPA and the EU GDPR you have additional rights; contact us to exercise them.
